TagStone KSC Board of
Directors
The Board of Directors
creates guidelines for the Company’s business and ensures
their proper implementation. The Board of Directors deals
with all matters related to the adequate operation of the
Company and governs the entire business.
The directors are
re-elected or appointed by the shareholders at regular
general meetings. In accordance with the Company’s by laws, each
director is elected for a period of three years. Directors may
be re-elected without limitation. The Board of Directors is
currently made up of five members
TagStone KSC Executive
Team
The Executive Team is responsible for
the day-to-day management of all aspects of the TagStone business,
from developing TagStone's vision and strategic plan to managing
the operational and competitive position of the company as a
whole within the framework of the Company's business
strategy. It typically meets three times a month, often in Dubai
or Kuwait.
